판매 약관
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed with Alpha Christian Art, operated by CONCAS CORPORATE CO., LTD. They are supplemented by the product page, checkout summary and the mandatory law applicable to the customer.
1. Seller and contact
The seller is CONCAS CORPORATE CO., LTD., Thai registration / tax ID 0105561111590, trading as Alpha Christian Art. Registered office: 10, Room B201, Soi Ngam Wong Wan 47, Intersection 36 (Chinnakhet 2/34), Thung Song Hong, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210, Thailand. Email: geoffreyconcas222@gmail.com. Telephone: +66 64 207 4467. Customer requests may be sent through our Contact page.
2. Products and configurations
We offer Christian artworks as Fine Art prints, printed canvases and handmade oil paintings, with options that may include size, presentation, frame and color. Availability depends on the artwork's proportions, selected configuration and delivery destination.
Room views, scale figures, detail images and other mockups help explain presentation and size. They are illustrative. Slight color variation can result from screens, printing materials, canvas texture, handmade painting, lighting and natural frame materials. Handmade works may contain normal variations resulting from manual execution.
3. Ordering and contract formation
Before payment, you can review and correct the selected artwork, medium, presentation, size, destination, price and delivery information. Clicking the final purchase button submits an order with an obligation to pay. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation, subject to payment authorization, availability and fraud checks.
If a configuration cannot be fulfilled, we may propose an alternative or cancel and refund the affected amount. We may refuse orders where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, pricing errors or delivery restrictions.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and currency are shown on the store. The checkout summary states the product total, discounts, shipping and taxes collected by us. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed through the methods offered at checkout.
Import duties, brokerage charges or taxes imposed on arrival may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
5. Production, delivery and risk
Products are produced on demand. Estimated manufacturing and transit times are described in the Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk passes as provided by the mandatory law applicable to the order; for consumer deliveries this is generally when the customer or a nominated third party takes physical possession.
6. Changes, cancellation and withdrawal
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. It may not be possible after production or shipment starts. Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases, usually 14 days after receipt in the European Economic Area, subject to legal exceptions. Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded where the law provides. See the Refund Policy.
7. Conformity, damage and remedies
Mandatory legal guarantees and consumer remedies remain fully applicable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, preserve the item and packaging and contact us promptly with evidence. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to limit its effect and will honor any mandatory cancellation right.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Any court or dispute-resolution right that is mandatory for the consumer remains available. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
